With Arvo, you get a branded storefront, product listings, regional search visibility, and a place to tell the story behind your business — all in a marketplace designed around local. We also offer a secure transaction platform to accept payment if you choose that option.
Most producers can set up a basic storefront in as little as an hour or two. You’ll add your business details, photos, products, pricing, availability, and how you want customers to buy or connect with you. You can also save your progress and come back to it when you’re ready.
No. You can use Arvo as a discovery storefront and send shoppers to your existing website, social channels, or preferred sales process. If you want customers to check out directly through Arvo, you can use the built-in e-commerce tools at no extra monthly cost. Standard Stripe transaction fees apply when payments are processed.

Yes. You control your storefront, including your pricing, product listings, photos, descriptions, availability, and seasonal updates.
You choose the fulfillment options that work for your business. Depending on your products and setup, that could include local pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Yes. Arvo is designed to work with seasonal businesses. You can update your availability, adjust your product listings, or pause ordering when products are out of season or you’re not accepting orders.
Each producer is responsible for making sure their products meet any applicable municipal, provincial, or federal requirements. That’s similar to selling through a farmers’ market or your own website.
If you choose to use Arvo’s built-in payment tools, payments are processed through the platform and deposited directly to you through Stripe. Standard Stripe transaction fees apply.
Yes. Arvo is built to help producers get discovered through regional search, producer storefronts, social media campaigns, and other advertising initiatives. Your storefront gives shoppers one place to learn about your products, your story, and how to buy from you. We believe that no matter what you are producing, sharing a platform with other producers will bring awareness and credibility.
